During this camp we will cover topics of engaging teaching techniques and transversal skills, in broader context of personal and professional development.
Theme of this year: Transdisciplinarity and Self-Identification Participants will have an opportunity to experience inspiring keynotes and workshops on: – Engaging inclusive teaching – Transversal skills for personal and professional development – Spirits of AI, Art, Diversity and many more
Expected learning outcomes
- Apply effective and innovative teaching and learning strategies to design engaging, learner-centered experiences.
- Demonstrate awareness of key future skills as of WEF categorization.
- Science Communication and AI: Communicate scientific knowledge clearly and responsibly using AI-supported tools.
- Integrate knowledge and methods from multiple disciplines to address complex real-world challenges.

Doctoral students at one of the ENHANCE partner universities.

Location
The Mattli Antoniushaus Morschach is located in the Stoos-Muota Valley region in Switzerland. Mattli Antoniushaus, Seminar- und Bildungszentrum, Mattlistrasse 10, 6443 Morschach, Switzerland.
Additional Notes
There is a fee from CHF790 based on non-commercial self-compensation costs and includes:
- lodging single-use hotel room with bathroom at Mattli Antoniushaus
- full board (breakfast, lunch and dinner (two aperos and a festive dinner))
- conference materials and coffee breaks
- concert
- events with special guests.
It is recommended to bring shower gel, hair dryer, razor etc. and an adapter for Swiss plug sockets with you.
Please make sure that you have a valid health insurance during your stay in Switzerland. Be aware that ETH will not cover any costs in case of sickness and/or accident.

ETH Zurich can provide a scholarship from CHF80 per summer school day for ENHANCE PhDs. If you travel sustainable by rain or bus an additional green-to-up of CHF100 ca be provided (tickets as proof needed). Once you are selected and confirmed your participation, we will contact you about the next steps regarding the scholarship.
